Determining Your Body Type

Upon receiving your 6 week body makeover package, and prior to actually starting the program, you’ll be asked to determine your body type. This will be an essential step in the success of the program, because with this information you’ll be able to choose the right food to eat and customize the plan according to your needs.

Each of the body types will be named with a letter to make them easier to remember, so according to the 6 week body makeover we have:

A – Endomorph
B – Endo-meso
C – Meso-endo
D – Endo-ecto
E – Ecto-endo

Let’s take a look at each type of body in greater depth:

Body Type A’s are heavy people who have always had problem with their weight. For them gaining weight quickly is pretty easy, and on the other hand losing weight is extremely difficult. Some even go to say that for them it is impossible. The body is usually described as large and round and can easily gravitate towards obesity.

Body Type B’s also can get fat pretty easily and suffer from obesity problems, but the difference is that they also have a stronger muscle tone which helps them burn fat faster.

Body Type C’s are people who have a muscular thick body. Sometimes the big amount of muscle mass can be a problem – specially in certain areas of the body. Instead of gaining fat overly, fat stores on localized sites.

Body Type D’s are significantly overweight people who don’t possess a good muscular tone. As a matter of fact they have poor muscle development beneath the layers of fat. Their bodies tend to look soft and flabby.

Body Type E’s have a skinny frame and when they gain weight they have a tube-like shape. According to Michael Thurmond, people with this body type cane at higher amounts of carbs but they must be accompanied with protein for a better digestion.

In addition to these body types there is a third one, the E, in which we have people who are usually skinny but have gained a lot of weight. They tend to gain weight on certain areas of the body and in others they might retain their skinny features, for example, skinny legs and a big belly.
