<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Preparation:</em></span> First cut the chicken in strips and sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until the onion becomes soft. Next add the chicken and start cooking for some minutes until it is slightly darker.  Now grab the tomato sauce and the paprika and mix them with the chicken until it has that nice color when it is properly coated. Add the broth and the mushrooms. Finish by turning up the heat, bringing it to a boil and let it simmer until the sauce is thickened (around 15 minutes).</p>
